Main duties:

• Coordinate with the investment team in:
  • Defining scope and specification of work, in order to provide consulting in the engineering, procurement and construction contractor for the project.
  • Bidding for engineering, procurement, and construction contractor for the project within the required scope of work, schedule, budget, in accordance with the objective of the project.
• Coordinate with the team in reviewing, coordinating, controlling and follow up the progress of the project with contractors in order to ensure that the engineering, procurement and construction works are in accordance with the project specification, on time and on budget, in accordance with the objective.
• Coordinate with the team and provide technical support on relevant issues, or/ and propose relevant solutions in order to complete project effectively.
• Coordinate with the team and provide technical support on future project under development, in order to realize the projects which are technically and financially feasible.
• Make sure all projects are safe from risks, evaluate the associated tasks of development and provide consulting to convince coordination of the company’s partners.
• Liaise with key stakeholders (team members, advisors, government agencies, and shareholders) to proactively resolve technical issues in timely manner during project development/construction phase.
• Propose new opportunities/ideas for investment consideration as arise.
• Monitor project progress and assure the task implementation is according to schedule.
• Participate in key agreements negotiation/drafting (EPC, Grid Connection, Power Purchase Agreement, Land Lease Agreement, Gas Supply, etc..), especially related to technical aspects.

Requirements:

Minimum Education

University Degree or a master’s degree in electronics or software is preferred

Work Experience and Skills

• A deep technical background in the electrical field or related fields
• Possess at least seven years of working experience in project engineer and/or engineering design:
  • Designing and/or reviewing electrical
  • Being project engineer
  • Conducting and/or reviewing technical feasibility study in electrical/ environment aspects
  • Providing technical expertise, especially foundation engineering
• Experience in power plant/ renewable energy/ infrastructure/ is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Vietnamese and English (sound in workplace communication)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
