Main duties:

• Deal origination, proactive sourcing, market studies.
• Manage project work including modelling and valuation of investment opportunities.
• Assist in all aspects of deal execution including market and financial due diligence, structuring, and contract negotiation.
• Assist portfolio manager in current portfolio management & divestment activities (quarterly LP report; monthly report and VinaCapital BOD report).
• Monitor portfolio companies and execute value creation plan.
• Represent on the board of directors or supervisory board of portfolio companies.

Requirements:

• Five to seven years of work experience in VC/private equity, corporate finance or strategy consulting, preferably with solid financial modelling and valuation expertise with technology exposure
• Master in engineering or economics & finance with good academic credentials
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Strong business and investment acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A good team player
