Main duties:

• Take over and set up accounting system for projects and new company in principaI investment’s portfolio. Review management reports prepared by outsource companies as assigned
• Input data in Sun system and in charge for consolidation.
• Participate in the ongoing establishment of accounting policies, procedures, and internal control including the review and implementation of process and system changes.
• Construct internal management reports supporting for raising fund, and IPO.
• Be responsible for financial accounting data accuracy and integrity, all accounting entries/ transactions in according with VAS, GAAPs, Group’s policies
• Monitor and review tax report, internal report for complying with tax laws and other regulations.
• Work with tax authorities, auditors, and others to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/auditing.
• Chief Accountant certificate is required.
• At least five years of experience in accounting/ finance team and have experience in Real Estate Company is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Problem solving, multitask, detail orientation.
• Work well under high pressure and strict deadlines.
• Experience in IFRS as a plus.
