Main duties:

• Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research to support transaction process.
• Assist in the analysis of business models, company financials, and investment recommendations.
• Assist in various aspects of transaction execution, including preparing transaction-related documentation, coordinating due diligence efforts, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly reports, investor communications and presentations, and research notes focusing on macro trends, the fund’s performance, and the analysis of portfolio companies.
• Engage with investors, board, regulators, and advisors.
• Prepare ad-hoc summaries and reports requested by senior management and other functions.

Requirements:

• University degree from a highly regarded international institution.
• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Exceptional business analytic and quantitative skills.
• Strong intellect and focus.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and deliver on deadlines.
• Ability to operate with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; good command of written English and Vietnamese, and Mandarin will be preferred.
• Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership; eager to learn and work with others.
