The Senior Associate, Product Management supports the development, launch, distribution and ongoing review of the Company’s investment products.

The role works closely with the Investment, Business Development, Marketing, Digital Solutions, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams to conduct market research, develop product proposals, prepare licensing documentation and coordinate product implementation.

The Senior Associate is expected to manage assigned product workstreams, monitor progress against agreed timelines and support the preparation of clear product plans covering objectives, target clients, distribution approach, key risks, challenges and opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support the development and implementation of new products.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Prepare product proposals, presentations and internal reports.
• Coordinate with Investment, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Digital Solutions teams to support product development, licensing, launch and ongoing management.
• Assist in preparing product licensing documents.
• Support meetings and presentations with clients, distributors and business partners.
• Monitor product performance and support periodic product reviews.
• Track project timelines and follow up on assigned tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience in investment, financial services, product development or research.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
• Good organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
