Internship Duration and Schedule

Our internship program offers flexible durations and schedules to accommodate different needs and academic calendars.

Summer Internships: Typically lasts for 1 – 3 months, perfect for students looking to gain experience over their summer break.

Fall/Spring Internships: These internships usually run for 3-4 months, allowing students to balance coursework while gaining valuable industry experience.

Year-Round Internships: For those who have graduated or have more flexible schedules, we offer longer internships that can last up to 6 months.

Intern Selection Process
Our intern selection process is designed to thoroughly evaluate your application and identify candidates who meet our requirements. At VinaCapital, we aim to make each intern’s learning experience as enriching as possible. To ensure that the work you do is meaningful and contributes to our goals, we typically select university graduates or students in their final year of relevant degree programs.
Application stage

Provide us your personal information and complete the questionnaire as required. When you successfully complete this step, submit your application including cover letter and resume.

Evaluate Candidates

Our HR team will screen candidates’ applications based on their backgrounds, skills and experiences to select the shortlisted candidates.

Conduct Interviews

Our HR team and a Hiring Manager will assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit through interviews.

Offer stage

Internship openings vary by cycle. Candidates who meet the requirements will receive an official internship offer. The acceptance rate is approximately 13%-15%.
