Corporate Solutions Advisor
The Corporate Solutions Advisor, Wealth Management Department drives the growth of corporate client portfolios by providing consultative advisory services and tailored corporate solutions. The role emphasizes understanding client business needs, proposing integrated solutions and products, and fostering long-term partnerships that mutual value creation and business growth. The role requires an individual who is highly proactive, results-oriented, and able to establish relationship with C-level and work collaboratively across teams/stakeholders to achieve business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Corporate & Institutional Business Development
- Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with corporate clients, including large corporates, SMEs, trusts, and institutions.
- Offer customized investment solutions to corporate clients
- Understand corporate balance-sheet requirements and recommend suitable investment strategies.
- Distribution Partner Management
- Develop and manage relationships with distribution partners, including banks, IFAs, institutional distributors, and other distributors
- Enable partners through product training, solution presentations, and joint client meetings.
- Support partners in corporate client acquisition and onboarding.
- Solution Advisory & Sales Execution
- Act as a solution advisor, aligning offerings with client objectives.
- Drive fund inflows (fund raising) gathering across products.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and solution notes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) for smooth execution.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and selling opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders to build a strong sales pipeline and expand the corporate client portfolio.
- Identify new sales opportunities through customized solutions and partnerships that address specific client business needs.
- Market Research & Report:
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Vietnam labour market especially employee benefits trends, industry trends, and competitors’ products to support decision‑making in business development activities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure products and services are aligned with market demands and client expectations.
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and product training sessions to corporate clients and internal teams on corporate solutions and offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or client relationship management within consulting firms, financial services industry (securities companies, banks…)., health insurance broker.
- Proven experience in selling financial products to corporate clients.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
