Expand VinaCapital’s international investor base by generating leads, coordinating fundraising and international marketing initiatives, and supporting client engagement. The role offers broad exposure to institutional fundraising across various asset classes, with a focus on listed equity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Conduct research on target markets, prospective investors, and fund distribution opportunities. Generate and qualify leads for business development activities.
• Assist in presenting to potential clients/investors.
• Develop and maintain market intelligence, including industry trends, investor databases, and competitor analysis. Serve as a contact point for inquiries from existing investors/prospects.
• Coordinate the preparation of fund reports/presentations and other communication materials to be used in investor meetings & conferences.
• Coordinate and organize webinars, roadshows and conferences.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Operations) and external parties/platforms on ad-hoc assignments / projects.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, fluent spoken and written English
• Education in Finance is preferred, with minimum of two years of work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Preferred candidates with experience in preparing business presentations
• Collaborative orientation and ability to work well with other teams
• Comfortable working independently
• Good attention to detail, self-starter
• Prefer candidates who worked/were educated overseas.
