Fundraising Manager
Main Duties:
- Propose and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies for real estate investment in align with the Company’s goals and market trend.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with the current and prospective investors, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, investor sentiment, and market competition to identify new fundraising opportunities.
- Prepare information memorandum, generate potential investor list and execute fundraising transactions.
- Manage investor onboarding, documentation, and compliance procedures to ensure smooth and efficient capital inflow.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including investment professionals, international business development, finance, legal, risk & compliance, and operations to ensure cohesive fundraising strategies and maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records, interactions, and progress in the Company CRM system.
- Participate in investor events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the Company’s visibility and investor relationships.
- Leverage knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance requirements to ensure accurate and transparent investor communications.
- Provide timely reporting and insights to senior management on fundraising progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven working experience of seven years in investment banking, institutional sales, investor relations, financial advisory services or investment management industry.
- Having experience with company listing and reporting process is a favorable point;
- Familiar with real estate asset classes, property valuations, and due diligence process.
- Knowledge of real estate regulatory frameworks and compliance, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of successfully meeting fundraising target and driving revenue growth.
- Previous fundraising experience from institutional investors in international markets required.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Professional demeanor, strong negotiation skills, and ability to represent the Company with integrity and professionalism.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and creatively solve problems.
- Proficient writing and communication skill in English.
