Ms. Thuy Son brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record across insurance, banking, and asset management. She has held leadership roles at globally recognized institutions such as HSBC, Manulife, and Standard Chartered Bank. Throughout her career, Ms. Thuy Son has led strategic initiatives in wealth management, spanning savings, investments, estate planning, and retirement planning designed to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. Her in-depth expertise in asset classes, risk management, and market dynamics has been key to developing innovative, client-centric financial solutions that are responsive to evolving client needs, business partner expectations and regulatory environments.

Ms. Thuy Son holds an Executive MBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland; the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) by LOMA; and the Fund Management License from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.
