Thao Cung is the General Counsel of VinaCapital, where he oversees the Legal Department and handles corporate, transactional, and M&A matters. He has 30 years of corporate and transactional legal experience in both Asia and the U.S. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley, a J.D. from the Harvard Law School, and an M.B.A. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
