Dinh Gia Ninh has served as the Director of the Risk Management & Compliance Department at VinaCapital Group since 2016. He has over 18 years of experience working at multinational organizations in risk management, financial services, and banking, including auditing, fund management, and direct dealings with Vietnam’s regulators.

Ninh joined VinaCapital from HSBC Vietnam, where he worked for nearly seven years. He held various management positions there, with his most recent role being Monitoring Manager in the Regulatory Compliance Department. Before that, he was an Audit Senior at KPMG Vietnam for nearly four years.

Ninh holds an MBA from Open University Malaysia and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City. He also holds a fund management license issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.
