Mr. Hai Le joined VinaCapital in 2024 to head the Vietnam Logistics Growth Fund. Before joining VinaCapital, he spent a year at Vingroup in Vietnam, where he was responsible for their international capital raising. Prior to returning to Vietnam in 2023, Hai spent 16 years in investment banking in London in various roles, including M&A, capital markets, and debt advisory. Most recently, he was a director in NatWest’s Corporates & Institutions team, covering the industrials and logistics sectors. Mr. Hai holds an engineering degree from the University of Cambridge.
