Having joined VinaCapital in 2008, she oversees both the Human Resources and the Administration departments. Her expertise focuses on strategic human resource planning, performance management, total rewards, and organizational and employee development to develop and deliver talent acquisition, retention, and motivation solutions that help the company’s most valuable asset — its people — have opportunities to develop personally and professionally and fulfil their potential. An holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Massey University, New Zealand, a Bachelor’s from Banking University, and a Bachelor of English from Open University. An is a Certified Professional Coach certified by the Vietnam Coaching Institute.
