Telesales Representative

Main duties

  • Contact all assigned leads as soon as possible to KYC, consult and assist clients to invest in suitable open-ended funds
  • Implement all related activities to generate sales from potential leads, mainly via the phone
  • Open investment account and finish all required steps to ensure customer’s benefits
  • Gather and document customer’s information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
  • Keep up to date on all investment products and inform customers of new products
  • Ensure turnaround time when responding customers’ queries about the products and services
  • Take care well existing direct investors, digital partners and upsell
  • Achieve sales target
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor of Accounting/Finance degree or Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Good sales ability
  • Negotiation skills
  • Basic computer knowledge/skills
  • Ability and openness to work with a diverse customer base works well in team settings
