Senior Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and implement our digital marketing strategy. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting our investment products, services, and brand across multiple digital channels, aiming to increase brand awareness, drive online engagement, and support fund-raising efforts both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the financial services industry and experience in managing a variety of digital marketing campaigns.

Main duties:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote investment products and raise funds for the company, targeting both local and international markets.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to launch new funds or services locally and internationally.
    • Lead the planning, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertorials.
    • Implement activities, events, and promotions to build brand awareness and increase sales through partners.
    • Develop and monitor campaign budgets with a cost-effective manner.
  • Content Creation & Social Media Management:
    • Manage key social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube etc.), to drive engagement and growth within the investor community.
    • Work with suppliers to develop videos for advertising and educating the target audience.
    • Develop collateral, point-of-sale materials.
    • Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s brand, voice, and regulatory standards
  • Website Management:
    • Work closely with the IT team or external web development partners to manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring a seamless user experience and up-to-date information on products and services.
    • Monitor and improve website performance (e.g., page load time, mobile responsiveness).
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key metrics for all digital campaigns, such as traffic, conversions, lead generation, and cost-per-acquisition.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data to improve future campaigns and optimize marketing spend.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team:
    • Work closely with the sales and product teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals and support fundraising campaigns, product launches, and investor relations initiatives.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
  • Other responsibilities will be assigned by line manager from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of three to five years’ experience in a same position, preferably in the financial services or fund management industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across various channels (SEM, social media, display, email).
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Excellent Vietnamese copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, engaging content.
  • Good English speaking and presentation skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills.
  • Problem solver, able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
