Main duties:

• Liaise with branch offices of Vietravel Holding (VTR) to source development of real estate projects under hospitality and tourism sectors in potential provinces
• Liaise with local authority to obtain project information
• Conduct site visits, site inspection and preliminary feasibility studies for potential projects
• Coordinate with VinaLiving and VTR to prepare project application dossiers (bidding, auctioning)
• Coordinate with consultants to implement project acquisition steps (master plan, concept etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum of seven years of experience in real estate development
• Understanding about tourism, hospitality project development
• Strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently without minimal supervision
• Frequent travel on short notice will be required at times.
